PRIZE WINNER POLICY
There is only one winner per household allowed every 30 days, per station. This includes spouses, children, parents, significant others, and/or roommates. If prize value exceeds $100 dollars in value the prize win time increases to 90 days.
By accepting and signing for a prize the winners release all liability of prize dysfunction, or expiration (including canceled concerts), from Channel radio. All prizes will require the winner to fill out a W-9 tax form. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for this Clear Channel station to use winner’s name, voice, and/or likeness for promotional purposes.
