In September, a school bus driver took a video of a woman who passed his bus by driving on the sidewalk. And the police used the video to arrest her. The woman pleaded guilty to not stopping for a school bus and reckless operation . . . and the judge will require her to stand outside wearing a sign for two says reading, quote, "Only an idiot would drive on the sidewalk to avoid the school bus."
